1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering an account on, or using any services provided by mlwin (referred to herein as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms govern your use of all mlwin gaming products, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, slots, sabong wagering, and any associated mobile applications or software.

If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using mlwin services and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such changes. mlwin reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater, to register an account and use mlwin services. mlwin strictly prohibits underage gambling. By registering, you warrant that you meet the minimum age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and your jurisdiction of residence.

mlwin reserves the right to request identity verification documents, including but not limited to government-issued identification cards, passports, driver's licenses, or utility bills, at any time to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance and winnings.

2.2 Account Creation

Each User is permitted to create and operate only one (1) account on mlwin. Creating multiple accounts, also known as "multi-accounting," is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. mlwin employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts through matching personal information, IP addresses, device fingerprints, payment methods, and behavioral patterns.

Users found operating multiple accounts will have all associated accounts immediately suspended or closed. All funds, bonuses, winnings, and promotional credits in duplicate accounts will be forfeited, and any withdrawals processed from such accounts may be reversed. mlwin reserves the right to take legal action to recover losses caused by multi-accounting fraud.

2.3 Prohibited Jurisdictions

mlwin operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is intended primarily for users residing in the Philippines. Users accessing mlwin from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. mlwin does not accept customers from the United States, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, or other jurisdictions where online gambling services are explicitly prohibited.

3. Account Security and User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any other login credentials. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activities conducted under your account, whether authorized by you or not, are your sole responsibility. mlwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must immediately notify mlwin Customer Support via live chat, email at [email protected], or Viber if you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notice unusual account activity, or believe your credentials have been compromised. mlwin reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including but not limited to fake names, addresses, dates of birth, or payment details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

3.3 Account Activity Monitoring

mlwin reserves the right to monitor all account activity, including deposits, withdrawals, betting patterns, game play, and communications with Customer Support, to detect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or other prohibited activities. Suspicious activity may result in account suspension, additional verification requirements, or permanent account closure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

mlwin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and cryptocurrency (USDT, Bitcoin). All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments, including payments made by spouses, relatives, friends, or business associates, are strictly prohibited and will result in deposit confiscation and account closure.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed on the deposit page. There is no maximum deposit limit for most payment methods, though individual transactions may be subject to limits imposed by your payment provider. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though bank transfers may take 1-2 business hours during banking hours.

mlwin does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges. You are responsible for all such fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits, except where such method does not support withdrawals or is no longer available. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during business hours. Bank transfers take 1-2 business hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed instantly after blockchain confirmation.

Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method. mlwin reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits based on account verification status, transaction history, and applicable regulations. Large withdrawal requests exceeding PHP 500,000 may be paid in installments over multiple transactions.

4.4 Verification Requirements

mlwin is required by law to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawals. First-time withdrawal requests will be subject to identity verification, requiring submission of a government-issued ID (passport, driver's license, or Philippine National ID), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months), and verification of payment method ownership (bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account details).

Withdrawal requests will remain pending until all verification documents are submitted and approved. mlwin reserves the right to request additional documents or information at any time to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

mlwin operates in full compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and international AML standards. All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Accounts used solely for depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity will be flagged for investigation and may be closed. mlwin reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 Promotional Terms

mlwin offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, time restrictions, and withdrawal restrictions. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times bonus funds and any associated winnings must be wagered before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PHP 30,000 in total wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino, and sportsbook wagers may contribute less or not at all. Specific game contribution percentages are detailed in the bonus terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

mlwin strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes, using betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms (e.g., hedging bets, low-risk wagering strategies), or engaging in any conduct intended to gain an unfair advantage.

Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses, winnings, and associated funds forfeited, accounts permanently closed, and may be prohibited from future participation in mlwin promotions. mlwin reserves the right to pursue legal action to recover losses caused by fraudulent bonus activity.

5.4 Maximum Bet Limits

While an active bonus is in use, you may not place individual bets exceeding PHP 100 per spin or hand, unless otherwise specified in the bonus terms. Bets exceeding the maximum limit will void the bonus, any winnings derived from the bonus, and may result in account suspension.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on mlwin are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet details before placing a wager. In the event of obvious errors (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction), mlwin reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate outcomes; colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage; exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage; engaging in fraudulent or illegal activity, including money laundering, credit card fraud, or identity theft; using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location or identity; or attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack mlwin software or infrastructure.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, and potential legal action.

6.3 Collusion and Syndicate Play

mlwin employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify collusion, syndicate play, and other forms of coordinated cheating. Accounts found engaging in such activities will be permanently banned, all funds forfeited, and information shared with relevant authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

mlwin is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help users maintain control over their gambling activities. We encourage all users to gamble responsibly and within their means. Gaming should be viewed as entertainment, not as a source of income.

7.1 Self-Exclusion Tools

If you feel that you may be developing a gambling problem or losing control over your gaming activities, mlwin offers self-exclusion tools to help you take a break. Self-exclusion options include temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months) and permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion periods, you will not be able to access your account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activities. 7.2 Deposit and Loss Limits

Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits through account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately and will take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Limits can be decreased at any time and take effect immediately.

Users can enable reality checks and session timers to receive notifications after a specified amount of time spent gaming. These tools help promote awareness of time spent on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

mlwin provides all services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. mlwin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, mlwin disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

mlwin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if mlwin has been advised of the possibility of such damages. mlwin's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform will not exceed the total amount of deposits you made to mlwin during the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, software, graphics, text, images, and other materials on the mlwin Platform are the exclusive property of mlwin or its licensors and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from mlwin.

10. Termination and Account Closure

mlwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, failure to provide requested verification documents, extended account inactivity, or at the discretion of mlwin management.

Upon account closure, all pending bonuses, promotions, and associated winnings will be forfeited. If your account is closed for violation of these Terms, mlwin reserves the right to forfeit your account balance. If your account is closed for reasons other than Terms violations, you may request withdrawal of your balance subject to verification requirements.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of mlwin services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes informally by contacting mlwin Customer Support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

mlwin reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of mlwin services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
